Diploma thesis is focused on the application of e-learning in corporate training and development in the company Slovenské elektárne, a.s. The aim of the Diploma thesis is evaluation of the current training and development and creation of new suggestions for improvement of e-learning training and development of employees and external suppliers. The literary overview is dedicated to explaining the terms training and development of employees and training methods with focus on e-learning. The results of the Diploma thesis are suggestions for improvement of e-learning training in the company, mainly in the area of radiation protecion.

The main theme of this Bachelor thesis is the issue of human resources development in selected company. The objective of the thesis is to design effective human resources development in the organization after analyses. First, the theoretical part is presented the issues in detail. In the practice part there are analysis of human resources development by Kirkpatrick model and the analysis of satisfaction from the motivation system. And in the conclusion, there are suggestions to improve development system in the organization.
Evaluation of Training Effectiveness of FOXCONN, s.r.o. company

This thesis deals with the practical aspects of corporate training with the main focus on assessment and measurement of its outputs and effectiveness. The theoretical part introduces to the reader the concepts of corporate education and professional development as well as with their current trends. Next chapters describe the methods of analyzing educational needs and defining development goals. Moreover, various models of assessing the training effectiveness are presented. The application part of this thesis consists of empirical research conducted in the FOXCONN corporation. The purpose of this research was to evaluate training effectiveness of two types of trainings, using Kirkpatrick and Brinkerhoff models, and to address current issues of corporate education and propose solutions to them.

Training program for new financial advisors analysis of the company XY examines the whole training process in this company. The amalysis concentrates on distribution employees training. It tryes to find out the problems existing here. The analysis especially solves the evaluation of the training process. The work involves the recommendations leading to improve the training program in the future.
